Responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities: · Heading a team of 5 to 8 members approx. consisting of Sales, Process & Marketing. · Driving the annual sales target that is set by management and see to that it is achieved University wise, Associates wise, & destination wise. · Relationship building with existing associates and provide them with quality service · Increase the revenue through sub agents by getting a greater number of student applications · Market research to Identify new sub agents Pan India and shortlisting agents who can be tapped · Pitching to them about Global Tree and getting tie-ups from them and thereby get more applications · Ensuring the contracts and MOUs with the sub agents are intact and renewed periodically · Helping the students from Subagents by shortlisting the universities and guiding them to apply for right university with the help of associates’ team to handle students. · Training the team members on new update and amendments in the process. · Mentor, guide and monitor the team performances and provide support when needed and help them achieve their targets. Desired Candidature: · Should have at least 5+ years of experience working with Overseas Educational organizations mainly UK & Europe · Should have experience in handling Sub agents and acquired new sub agents · Excellent communication & team handling skills · Should have ability to understand international Education market · Thorough understanding of negotiating techniques · Must be dynamic, ambitious and honest · Be target-oriented, ambitious, responsible and committed. · Looking for someone who can join in less than 15 days BENEFITS: · Attractive Salary · High Incentive & Extra Perks for top performers · Appreciation bonus yearly Two additional Week-offs [Be specific when describing each of the responsibilities.
