Job Summary

B2B Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and close institutional clients including corporates, startups, coworking spaces, architects, and interior designers
  • Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline from lead generation through deal closure and repeat business
  • Collaborate closely with design and product teams to develop customized solutions aligned with client requirements and project specifications
  • Lead end-to-end sales negotiations, including pricing discussions and contract finalization
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with procurement heads, facility managers, and CXOs to drive repeat and referral business
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to strengthen Frido’s B2B positioning
  • Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution and on-time deliveries
  • Represent Frido at industry events, exhibitions, and client demos to enhance brand visibility and generate leads


Requirements

  • Experience:

    5–10 years in Institutional / B2B Sales, preferably within office furniture, interiors, or D2C lifestyle brands.
  • Network:

    Strong connections within corporate procurement, architect, and facility management ecosystems.
  • Skills:

    Excellent communication, consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Mindset:

    Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of independently managing high-value sales cycles.
  • Preferred:

    Experience pitching to CXOs or handling large enterprise accounts.
