As a Business Development Manager for Canon Network Video Surveillance products/Projects in Karnataka state, your role involves generating business and developing a client base by directly engaging with corporates. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and developing new customers for project sales (B2B) by understanding their requirements professionally and aligning technical support. - Achieving targets as per the set plan and projections. - Meeting with potential clients to ascertain technical and business requirements, and providing necessary information accordingly. - Prospecting by meeting with Contractors, Consultants, and Architects. - Creating and delivering sales presentations confidently to customers. - Understanding the business drivers at the customer's end and tailoring proposals accordingly. - Developing technical solutions for bespoke projects within a design and development framework. - Selling technical solutions to customers with professionalism and enthusiasm. - Providing accurate and timely management information such as activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, and KPIs. - Adhering to the Company's Quality and Business Processes. Qualifications required for this role include: - A B.E/B.Tech/MBA graduate with a high technical understanding of NVS products. - 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in direct sales within the Surveillance Projects & Products industry. - Familiarity with products like Video Management Software, Surveillance Cameras, Access Controls, and BMS. - Experience working with System Integrators and direct selling exposure will be advantageous.
