Job Overview

EFRAC Laboratories, one of India’s leading NABL-accredited analytical testing organizations, is seeking experienced B2B Sales professionals to drive business development across the Food and Pharma testing verticals. The role focuses on promoting advanced laboratory testing, analytical solutions, and certification services to manufacturers, exporters, and R&D units.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within Food and Pharma industries.
• Promote testing and analytical services to potential clients, including QA, Production, Purchase, and Regulatory teams.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Conduct client meetings, understand testing requirements, and coordinate proposal development.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Meet monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (lab, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Ensure timely payment collection and maintain MIS/reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in B2B or institutional sales.
• Preferred background: Food testing labs, Pharma testing/QA, Analytical services, Certification/Inspection, Lab consumables.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Science, Pharmacy, or related fields with strong sales aptitude.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Must own a laptop and be open to travel.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹54,000.00 per month
