Phoenix Business Advisory is a global consulting firm specializing in business migration, investment visas, and strategic business solutions. We work with entrepreneurs, investors, and corporate clients to help them expand internationally.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced B2B Sales Director to lead and expand our B2B partnership network globally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through channel partnerships, onboarding new B2B partners, and leading the overall B2B growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities1. B2B Partnership Development

  • Identify, approach, and onboard potential B2B partners including consulting firms, financial advisors, legal firms, real estate agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure continuous business flow.
  • Drive partner engagement through regular meetings, training, and relationship management.

2. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Work on expanding the partner network in Ahmedabad and surrounding regions.
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure consistent lead generation and conversions.

3. Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and mentor a B2B sales team to achieve defined targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to support partner requirements.
  • Ensure timely reporting, sales forecasting, and performance analysis.

4. Client Management

  • Coordinate with B2B partners to ensure seamless communication with potential clients.
  • Ensure accurate understanding of our services, products, and visa programs by partners.
  • Attend partner events, seminars, and client meetings as required.

5. Market Intelligence

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and partner opportunities.
  • Share insights with senior management to optimize strategy and offerings.

6. Events & Roadshows

  • Represent the organization in industry events, exhibitions, and partner-driven roadshows.
  • Conduct presentations, sales pitches, and awareness sessions for partners and their clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, channel partnerships, business consulting, or similar domains.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving partner-led revenue.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in business consulting, immigration services, or real estate (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
