As a Franchise Partnership Manager for the EdTech brand based in Mumbai, your role will involve driving the successful onboarding and development of franchise partners. You will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with prospective franchisees, ensuring a seamless process from initial contact to final agreement. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Lead Engagement and Conversion:** - Engage with leads provided by the marketing team via phone calls, emails, and video meetings. - Conduct detailed discussions to assess the suitability of prospective franchisees for the EdTech model. - Professionally present the franchise opportunity, highlighting brand strengths and value proposition. - Address all queries and concerns to ensure a clear understanding of the business model. - Nurture leads through follow-ups to guide them through the decision-making process. - **Franchise Sales and Agreement Finalization:** - Guide prospects through the sales cycle, from engagement to agreement signing. - Collaborate with internal teams to provide necessary documentation and information. - Ensure clear communication on legal and financial aspects of the franchise agreement. - **Training and Onboarding:** - Coordinate and deliver training programs for new franchisees on business operations. - Act as the primary contact during onboarding, providing guidance and resolving initial challenges. - **Franchise Operations and Development:** - Assist franchisees in setting up operations, including location selection and initial marketing. - Provide ongoing support to help achieve business objectives and maintain operational excellence. - **Relationship Management:** - Build strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners. - Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and values. - Organize check-ins and networking opportunities to strengthen the franchise community. **Desired Candidate Profile:** **Experience and Skills:** - Immediate joining preferred. - Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or franchise recruitment. - Strong expertise in managing the sales cycle with exceptional communication and presentation skills. - Charismatic personality with negotiation skills and proficiency in CRM software. - Strong interpersonal skills and organizational abilities. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus). - Understanding of sales strategies and franchise models. - Previous experience in EdTech B2B preferred.
