Job Location


We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Franchise Partnership Manager to join our team and drive the successful onboarding and development of franchise partners for our EdTech brand. This role is pivotal in building and nurturing relationships with prospective franchisees and ensuring a seamless process from the first contact to the final agreement.


Key Responsibilities

1. Franchise Lead Engagement & Prospect Qualification


  • Connect with high-intent franchise leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
  • Evaluate the prospect’s business background, financial capability, and interest in the EdTech franchise model.
  • Deliver powerful franchise presentations explaining business potential, revenue model, ROI, support structure, and market opportunity.
  • Build trust through consultative conversations and position the franchise as a high-value, credible business opportunity.


2. Franchise Sales, Pitching & Deal Closure


  • Manage the entire franchise sales lifecycle—from first contact to final franchise agreement.
  • Provide prospects with detailed franchise information, business decks, projections, policies, and investment requirements.
  • Handle objections confidently and guide prospects through financial discussions, due diligence, and decision-making.
  • Work with internal teams to prepare LOIs, agreements, business plans, and documentation needed for closure.
  • Achieve monthly franchise sales targets through structured follow-ups and professional relationship-building.


3. Franchise Onboarding & Coordination


  • After closing, coordinate onboarding activities by connecting the franchise with internal departments.
  • Support initial setup needs such as documentation, operational guidelines, pre-launch activities, and launch timeline coordination.
  • Act as the main point of contact during the transition from lead → signed partner → onboarding.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • 2+ years of experience in franchise sales, channel development, B2B sales, or business development (EdTech experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of closing high-ticket B2B deals or franchise partnerships.
  • Strong communication, pitching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to explain business models, ROI projections, and commercial details confidently.
  • Experience managing CXO-level conversations, investor discussions, and entrepreneur-led queries.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, email communication, and structured follow-ups.
  • Highly organized, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple prospects in a sales funnel.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
  • Experience in EdTech, franchising, channel sales, B2B partnerships, or institutional sales is a strong advantage.
