Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth in the Hyderabad region by promoting a range of

  construction chemical products

  – including waterproofing materials, tile adhesives, admixtures, grouts, and sealants.
• Identify and develop relationships with

  applicators, contractors, architects, consultants, builders

  , and

  distributors

  .
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
• Conduct

  product demonstrations

  , site visits, and technical meetings to influence sales.
• Manage and expand the dealer/distributor network.
• Analyze competitor activities and provide market insights to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, dispatch, and marketing support.
• Train and guide junior sales staff and channel partners.
• Ensure regular reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
• Represent the company in industry events and exhibitions in the region.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Educational Qualification

  : Graduate (preferably in Civil Engineering, Marketing, or Business); MBA is a plus.

• Experience

  : 5 to 8 years of

  sales experience in construction chemicals

  or building materials industry.
• Strong knowledge of

  Hyderabad and Telangana

  market with an established network.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Fluency in Telugu

  (mandatory), along with Hindi and English.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
