Job Title : Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Location : Hyderabad, Telangana Department : Sales Industry : Construction Chemicals Salary Range : ₹7 – ₹10 LPA (Based on experience and performance) Job Summary We are looking for a performance-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our sales operations in Hyderabad and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in construction chemicals and a strong network with contractors, builders, and applicators in the region. This role involves business development, relationship management, and leading a regional sales team to achieve aggressive targets. Key Responsibilities : Drive business growth in the Hyderabad region by promoting a range of construction chemical products – including waterproofing materials, tile adhesives, admixtures, grouts, and sealants. Identify and develop relationships with applicators, contractors, architects, consultants, builders , and distributors . Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. Conduct product demonstrations , site visits, and technical meetings to influence sales. Manage and expand the dealer/distributor network. Analyze competitor activities and provide market insights to management. Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, dispatch, and marketing support. Train and guide junior sales staff and channel partners. Ensure regular reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and market trends. Represent the company in industry events and exhibitions in the region. Candidate Requirements : Educational Qualification : Graduate (preferably in Civil Engineering, Marketing, or Business); MBA is a plus. Experience : 5 to 8 years of sales experience in construction chemicals or building materials industry. Strong knowledge of Hyderabad and Telangana market with an established network. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Fluency in Telugu (mandatory), along with Hindi and English. Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
