Job Overview:

In your role as Regional Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of this transformation—championing ModenX’s growth in one of India’s most dynamic markets. You’ll drive enterprise engagement, scale adoption, and position ModenX as the go-to platform for modern B2B retail


Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the B2B sales strategy for Mumbai, aligned with national growth plans.

• Identify market trends and untapped opportunities to strengthen our regional presence.

• Represent ModenX in industry forums, associations, and business networks.

• Drive enterprise and mid-market client acquisition across Mumbai and surrounding areas.

• Own and deliver regional revenue targets with consistent pipeline generation and closures.

• Lead complex negotiations and strategic account wins.

• Manage P&L for the Mumbai region, ensuring profitability and scalability.

• Oversee client onboarding, delivery, and customer success.

• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales and account management team.

• Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and growth.


Required Skills and Experience:

• MBA (preferred) or equivalent qualification.

• 5-6 years of experience in B2B sales leadership, enterprise growth, or regional business management.

• Strong knowledge of the Mumbai market, with established local industry connects.

• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and scaling businesses.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Strong commercial acumen with direct P&L management experience.
