Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Engagement Representative to connect with our clients and keep them informed about the latest developments in ModenX . This role involves regular interaction with clients, sharing updates on new features and enhancements, gathering valuable feedback, and identifying potential new opportunities. If you have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi , a passion for customer engagement, and a proactive mindset, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Client Outreach & Engagement Conduct regular outbound calls to keep clients updated on ModenX’s latest features, services, and enhancements. Act as the voice of ModenX , representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Feedback Collection & Relationship Building Gather valuable client feedback and communicate insights to the internal team to enhance product offerings. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring continued engagement and satisfaction. New Client Identification & Outreach Identify potential new clients and set up introductory meetings to showcase ModenX’s value proposition . Collaborate with the sales and product teams to drive new opportunities . Required Skills & Qualifications Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi . Customer-Centric Approach – Ability to engage, build rapport, and provide exceptional customer experiences. Proactive & Resourceful – A self-starter with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative. I nterpersonal Skills – A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
