Job Description

Sales Leadership & Strategy Develop and implement a regional sales strategy aligned with corporate goals. Identify market opportunities, competitive positioning, and growth segments (new installations, modernization, service contracts). Drive achievement of sales targets (order intake, revenue, and profitability). Team Management & Development Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales managers and account executives. Build a high-performance sales culture with a focus on customer value and long-term relationships. Set clear performance objectives and monitor results against KPIs. Business Development & Customer Engagement Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, and developers. Support negotiation of major contracts and long-term agreements. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client presentations. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership Work closely with operations, engineering, and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development and pricing strategies. Partner with marketing on regional campaigns and brand visibility. Financial & Reporting Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline reports. Monitor pricing, margins, and contract terms to ensure profitability. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, legal standards, and safety requirements.
