Regional Product Manager

This position reports to Director – PMG.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Measurement product portfolio

technical expert

product positioning, technical clarifications, demos, and solution design

·      Engage directly with customers to understand application requirements, handle technical queries, and propose optimized solutions.

lead conversion

·      Coordinate with Global Product Management and R&D teams for product enhancements and localization needs.

·      Support key projects, tenders, and strategic accounts to ensure technical and commercial success.

manage participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events

regional marketing / lead generation activities

Requirements:

·      Strong technical expertise in process measurement and process automation.

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

·      Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

·      Ability to work cross-functionally with channels, factory, business development and sales teams.

·      Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

·      Strong commercial understanding and experience supporting solution selling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Diploma in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electronics, Production preferred.
• 3–10 years of experience in process measurement / process automation roles such as product management, application engineering, or technical sales.
• Experience working with industrial customers in sectors such as oil & gas, chemicals, power, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or metals is an advantage.
