Regional Product Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Regional Product Manager with strong expertise in Ayurvedic products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product promotion, training initiatives, and supporting overall brand growth in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

· Product Promotion Strategy:
Plan and execute regional promotional strategies to enhance product visibility and sales performance.

· Product Training:
Conduct regular product knowledge and sales training sessions for field teams and business partners.

· Development Training:
Support continuous learning and professional development of the field force.

· Company Promotion Activities:
Implement and monitor brand promotion campaigns, events, and awareness programs.

· Field Work:
Work closely with the field team to ensure effective product positioning, feedback collection, and market understanding.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Good understanding of Ayurvedic products, formulations, and market dynamics.

· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to plan, organize, and lead regional marketing activities.

· Self-motivated and willing to travel extensively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
