Group Product Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Group Product Manager with good knowledge of Ayurvedic products to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Ayurvedic formulations, ingredients, and market trends, along with strong product management and marketing skills.

Location: Amritsar
Experience: 4–5 years as a Group Product Manager
Qualification: B. Pharma / D. Pharm

Key Responsibilities:

· Product Development:
Plan, develop, and enhance Ayurvedic products based on market research, consumer needs, and company goals.

· Product Promotion Strategy:
Design and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to increase product visibility and sales.

· Developing Promotional Material:
Create and manage promotional content such as Leave Behind Literature (LBLs), visual aids, brochures, and other marketing tools.

· Product Training:
Conduct regular product knowledge and sales training sessions for internal teams and field staff.

· Development Training:
Support team development through continuous learning initiatives related to Ayurveda, products, and marketing trends.

· Company Promotion Activities:
Plan and execute brand promotion campaigns, events, and awareness programs to enhance brand identity and market presence.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Sound understanding of Ayurvedic concepts, herbs, and formulations.

· Proven experience in Group Product Manager functions within the Ayurvedic or pharmaceutical industry.

· Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

· Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.

· Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
