Key Responsibilities & The Growth Mandate

As the Growth Product Leader, you will:

  • Own the Growth Roadmap:

    Define and own the product roadmap for all strategic growth initiatives, constantly seeking out new opportunities in a highly evolving industry. Agility and a "roll up your sleeves" attitude are mandatory.
  • Drive Business Outcomes:

    Work closely with business counterparts to identify high-impact growth opportunities and productize them, ensuring features directly affect the business bottom line.
  • Lead with Data:

    Define and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs). Take a rigorous, data-driven approach, using tools like

    Amplitude, Segment, and Clevertap

    for iterative product development and A/B testing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Collaborate with a strong cross-functional team of Engineers, Designers, Business teams, and Data Analysts to ensure fast-paced execution and success.
  • Team Leadership:

    Lead and mentor a team of 4 product professionals, fostering a culture of strong ownership and entrepreneurial instinct.


Ideal Candidate Profile

Mandatory Experience & Scope:

  • Total Experience:

    8+ years of relevant experience in Product Management.
  • Domain Expertise:

    Proven track record in driving

    Online E-commerce Growth

  • Leadership:

    Experience in

    handling and managing a team

    .
  • Stakeholder Acumen:

    Demonstrated success in navigating a

    multiple stakeholder environment

    .

Mandatory Skills & Knowledge:

  • Product Strategy:

    Expertise in product strategy, lifecycle management, defining long-term vision, and measurable outcomes.
  • Customer Empathy:

    Possess strong customer empathy and strive for customer evangelism.
  • Technical Acumen:

    Well-versed with analytical tools (Eg. Amplitude, Segment, Cleavertap etc.) and metric-oriented initiative monitoring/A/B testing.
  • Growth Hacking:

    Demonstrated exposure to marketing initiatives, SEO practices, and a strong understanding of marketing campaigns.
  • Emerging Tech:

    Proficiency in using AI-powered tools for product discovery, customer research, competitive analysis, and strategic decision-making is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree from a premier college (Preferably in Engineering).
