Group Product Manager

As a Group Product Manager(UPI And AI Product) at Pine Labs, you will be entrusted with driving product development from conception to launch. This includes defining features, prioritizing requirements, and overseeing implementation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, marketing, and operations, is essential to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. Conducting market research and competitive analysis will help identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation. Defining and tracking key performance metrics, along with analyzing data, will enable you to make informed product decisions and drive continuous improvement. Providing leadership and mentorship to the product team is crucial in fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Qualifications Required: - Relevant work experience - Strong understanding of the UPI ecosystem, including regulations, technical standards, and competitive landscape - Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels - Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a bias for action and results - Experience in managing complex projects and driving consensus in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset focused on delivering value to users and driving business growth - Ability to thrive in ambiguity, lead through change, and tackle challenges head-on You should be comfortable with working from the office five days a week at Sector 62, Noida.
