Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated E-Commerce Executive with good knowledge of invoicing and stock handling to manage daily operations of our online sales and ensure smooth order processing, dispatch, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle customer calls daily and respond to queries promptly.
· Execute and process orders received through our E-Commerce portal and ensure timely dispatch.
· Maintain accurate records of all executed orders.
· Track orders regularly and verify delivery of dispatched goods.
· Coordinate with the billing department to generate invoices on a daily basis.
· Follow up on abandoned carts to increase conversion rates.
· Call existing customers for purchase reminders and repurchase follow-ups.
· Conduct daily and monthly stock audits and prepare inventory reports.
Requirements:
· Good knowledge of invoicing and stock management.
· Strong communication and coordination skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
· Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, E-Commerce portals, etc.).
· Prior experience in E-Commerce operations preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
