Key Responsibilities Prepare production plans based on demand forecasts, sales orders, and inventory levels. Coordinate with Production, QC, QA, Procurement, and Stores to ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and resources. Monitor daily production activities and update plans when necessary to meet customer timelines. Analyze material requirements (MRP) and prepare purchase requests to avoid shortages. Maintain accurate production schedules and update the ERP or planning system. Track WIP (Work-in-Progress) and finished goods to ensure smooth workflow and timely dispatch. Communicate delays, risks, or plan changes to all relevant departments. Optimize production capacity and reduce downtime through effective planning. Review sales forecasts and coordinate with the sales team for supply commitments. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports for management.
