Electrical Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and compliance of all electrical systems, utilities, and equipment in accordance with GMP and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all electrical systems and equipment.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of power distribution systems, control panels, PLCs, MCCs, DG sets, UPS, HVAC systems, and utility equipment.
• Maintain compliance with cGMP, WHO, USFDA, and other regulatory requirements in all electrical maintenance activities.
• Support installation, commissioning, and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of new electrical equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults and power issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance records, calibration logs, and SOP documentation as per audit requirements.
• Coordinate with production, utilities, and QA departments to ensure smooth operations and equipment reliability.
• Monitor and optimize energy consumption, implementing cost-saving and efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Ensure strict adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines and electrical safety standards.
• Manage and supervise electrical technicians, contractors, and vendors for ongoing maintenance and project work.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
