E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day online operations across e-commerce platforms. The role involves product listing, order management, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience while supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities E-commerce Operations

• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, website, etc.)
• Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory details
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse/team to avoid stockouts

Marketplace & Catalog Management

• Upload and maintain product catalogs as per platform guidelines
• Coordinate for category approvals, listing corrections, and account health
• Track seller performance metrics and resolve platform-related issues
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, merchandising, accounts)

Compliance & Process

• Ensure adherence to marketplace policies and company SOPs
• Maintain proper documentation and data accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG preferred but not mandatory)
• 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace handling
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or Shopify is a plus
• Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of digital marketing (ads, deals, SEO listings)
• Experience in inventory or catalog management
• Familiarity with e-commerce dashboards and seller panels

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
