This includes planning, launching, and achieving sales and profit goals. The role involves developing product roadmaps, positioning, and managing product life cycles. RPM works closely with sales and marketing teams, supports customer engagement, and ensures alignment with business goals—both short- and long-term. Principal Accountabilities Product Strategy Contribute regional input to product plans, including market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights. Identify and prioritize regional product opportunities and define long-term product roadmaps. Build strong product value propositions in collaboration with global teams. Develop business cases for investment and product development. Support and conduct market analysis to identify key opportunities for growth. Sales and Profitability Partner with Business Unit (BU) teams to set and achieve product sales, growth, and margin goals. Monitor product performance and profitability using dashboards and reports. Define pricing strategies based on customer value and market conditions. Oversee product P&L from introduction through to end of life. Keep teams updated on performance and profitability.
