Asst. Manager Printing Production (Candidates preferred only from Flexible Printing & Packaging Industry)

Responsibilities

• ·Responsible for overall Printing Activities both Internal & External; Ink Management, cylinder development etc.
• Quality Control: Develop and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that finished products meet or exceed specifications, conduct regular inspections and tests to maintain high-quality standards, Analyse quality data and implement corrective actions when necessary. 
• Team Leadership: Manage and train production staff, including machine operators and technicians, foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork and professional development, conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Artwork and shade card Management
• Defect free Production & ensure it within time.
• Increase Productivity, control wastage, and maintain required quality norms

Education & Experience:

• Degree/Diploma from Printing Technology with 10+ years of experience in printing production industry
• Knowledge of various Pharma Products and various substrates & chemicals used
