Reports to: Zonal Head (Sales)

Role Details

• Regional Product Manager develops and executes product strategies for a specific geographic region, focusing on market needs, competitor analysis, and product lifecycle management.
• Setting & meeting monthly & yearly sales targets
• Driving team of cluster head s sales within area assigned.
• They collaborate with cross-functional teams and improve existing ones, ultimately driving revenue and market share growth within the assigned region.
• Working closely with collections team , to ensure timely loans re payments. Also jointly handling of critical collections cases.

Overall Job Description

• Conduct research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape within the region.
• Develop and execute regional product strategies, aligning with overall company goals.
• Monitor sales performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and collections teams.
• Track competitor activities and identify opportunities to gain market share.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategic decisions and track performance!

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

EDUCATION

Essential requirement: Graduate

Preferred:  Tractor Finance experience

WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential requirement: 10+ Years

Preferred: 10+ Years
