Role & responsibilities 1.ASM- Will be responsible for managing an on-roll team of 5-6 Business Executives in Synergy Vertical for Auto loan sales channel. 2.Has to manage all branches across Chhattisgarh location with the help of BE's. 3.Monitor day to day activity, Planning and execution of assigned BE's team. 4.Building good relationship with Bank's RH's, Branch Manager & allied staff to achieve state Wheels target. 5.Building good relationship with CFD's, Branch Manager & allied staff to push leads provided by Synergy team for smooth disbursement. Preferred candidate profile 1.Graduation with 3 to 4 years/ MBA with 2-3 years of relevant auto loan sales experience. 2.Strong analytical skills to drive channel wise performance and drive team's performance. 3.Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment. 4.People & Relationship Management skills. 5.Excellent communication and Negotiation skills. 6.Affirmative in nature, Strong leadership skills, Clarity of thought and perseverance.
