Role & responsibilities : Coordinate and oversee daily field activities and operational tasks. Act as the primary contact between field staff, office team, vendors, and clients. Monitor field staff attendance, task completion, and work quality. Ensure proper implementation of company guidelines and operational processes. Conduct field visits to check progress and provide feedback for improvement. Manage resource allocation, material movement, and field requirements. Coordinate with the operations team for task planning and scheduling. Preferred candidate profile 13 years of experience in field coordination/field operations (industry-specific experience is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle field challenges and multitask efficiently. Willingness to travel regularly for field monitoring. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
