Role & responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee daily field activities and operational tasks.
  • Act as the primary contact between field staff, office team, vendors, and clients.
  • Monitor field staff attendance, task completion, and work quality.
  • Ensure proper implementation of company guidelines and operational processes.
  • Conduct field visits to check progress and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Manage resource allocation, material movement, and field requirements.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for task planning and scheduling.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 13 years of experience in field coordination/field operations (industry-specific experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle field challenges and multitask efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for field monitoring.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
