Hiring: Field Coordinator – Chandigarh / Mohali/Meghalaya Organization: Abhinav Bindra Foundation Trust (ABFT) Position Type: 1-Year Contract (Extendable) The Abhinav Bindra Foundation on Trust (ABFT) is looking for a committed Field Coordinator to lead the on-ground implementation of ABFT program across schools in Chandigarh Mohali and Meghalaya . This role requires strong coordination skills, field engagement, and the ability to work closely with government stakeholders, teachers, and students. Key Responsibilities: On-Field Programmes Implementation Implement ABFT programmes across assigned schools. Conduct regular school visits, monitor activities, and ensure programme quality. Support physical education teachers and students during sports, fitness, and values-based activities. Stakeholder & School Coordination Liaise with government education departments, school authorities, and administrative officials. Ensure PE teachers are trained, equipped, and aligned with programme goals. Engage with students during events, assessments, and demonstrations. Reporting & Documentation Submit daily/weekly field reports to the Mohali Head Office. Analise data to evaluate programme effectiveness. Prepare and deliver presentations showcasing programme impact to government and key stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships to enable smooth programme scaling. Travel across regions for programme support and data collection. Programme Support & Monitoring Track milestones and ensure timely completion of activities. Identify on-ground gaps and escalate for quick resolution. Support planning of school events, teacher sessions, fitness assessments, and community activities. Qualifications Master’s Degree required; MBA in Sports Management preferred (other relevant fields accepted). 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, education, sports development, or community engagement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to independently manage field operations. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Willingness to travel within Chandigarh and Mohali. Preference for candidates belonging to the respective states for better field coordination.
