Job Description

About the Role:


We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to take charge of our regional operations through an established channel sales and partner network model. The Regional Head will drive growth, manage key partnerships, and ensure successful business performance across multiple cities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in franchise/channel partner management, and should be passionate about scaling offline partner-led businesses.



✅ Key Responsibilities:


1. Channel & Franchise Expansion

• Lead regional expansion by identifying, onboarding, and enabling franchise/channel partners.

• Prioritize markets based on demand analysis and competitive dynamics.

• Build a strong pipeline of qualified partners via local networks, referrals, and industry connections.


2. Sales & Business Performance

• Own and deliver on regional sales targets and partner revenue goals.

• Track partner KPIs regularly, identify performance gaps, and deploy action plans.

• Design incentive structures and performance tracking frameworks to boost partner productivity.


3. Partner Onboarding & Enablement

• Drive structured onboarding and training programs to make partners self-sufficient.

• Roll out partner enablement modules in collaboration with internal sales/product teams.


4. Relationship Management

• Be the key SPOC for partner queries, escalations, and alignment with brand objectives.

• Conduct periodic business reviews and site visits to maintain a high level of partner satisfaction.


5. Brand, Process & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to pricing policies, operational SOPs, and compliance protocols.

• Coordinate legal documentation, renewals, and partner audits in collaboration with compliance teams.


6. Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a regional team of BDMs, Partner Managers, and Academic Counsellors.

• Set goals, track performance, and instill a culture of ownership and high achievement.



👤 Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 12+ years of experience in Sales, Channel/Franchise Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Prior experience in education, retail, telecom, or franchise-based businesses is highly preferred.

• Proven success in scaling partner networks and driving revenue growth.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Entrepreneurial attitude with a bias for action and data-driven decision-making.
