About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter with 4–5 years of experience in engineering and embedded/IT hiring. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in sourcing and closing technical roles, especially in the engineering domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, especially in engineering, embedded systems, and IT hardware domains.
• Source quality profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective hiring strategies.
• Manage candidate communication, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Maintain and track recruitment metrics and pipelines.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience (4–5 years) in technical recruitment, especially hiring engineers and embedded/IT professionals.
• Strong sourcing skills across various platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and join immediately.
