🔧 What we’re looking for:

We're seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Consultant who has hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations and ongoing support, specifically within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional knowledge of SAP FICO and its integration with other core modules.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Work on implementation and support projects for SAP Financials, with a primary focus on FICO Controlling – Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Fund & Cash Management, and more.

Conduct deep-dive analysis of complex business processes and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

Design, configure, and test FI/CO module processes aligned with manufacturing business operations.

Proactively identify gaps, issues, and improvement opportunities.

Document functional designs, test cases, and system enhancements.

Work independently and mentor junior team members as needed.

📌 Must-Have Skills:

8–10 years of SAP FICO experience with strong exposure to the manufacturing domain.

3+ end-to-end SAP FICO implementations.

Hands-on expertise with General Ledger, plus at least 3 or more:

Accounts Payable

Accounts Receivable

Management Accounting

Fixed Assets

Inter-company Accounting

Project System

Product Costing

Profitability Analysis

Cost & Profit Center Accounting

Solid understanding of FI integration points with MM, HR, SD, PP, and PM modules.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and manufacturing business workflows.
