Role Overview:-

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The role involves mid to senior management hiring across the Modular Furniture, Kitchen, and Wardrobe domain. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in building strong talent pipelines for leadership positions and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Identify, source, and attract top talent across domains.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations to select best-fit candidates.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for leadership and niche roles.
• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Coordinate onboarding processes with the central HR team.
• Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and ensure timely closure of positions.

Required Experience:-

• 5–8 years of experience in recruitment,

  preferably in a similar industry.

• Proven track record in mid–senior management hiring.
• Strong knowledge of talent sourcing strategies and tools (job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals).
• Experience in handling leadership roles within manufacturing/retail/furniture domain (preferred).

• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Self-driven with an ability to deliver results within deadlines.
