Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Recruitment Specialist will handle the end-to-end hiring process, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews. This role involves collaborating with departments to understand hiring needs and providing training for new hires. The Recruitment Specialist will ensure a seamless recruitment process and assist in updating recruitment policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to provide effective Training for new hires
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant experience in the education consultancy industry is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
