Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Understanding Hiring Needs: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements, role expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Job Posting & Sourcing: Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms (job portals, social media, company website).
• Talent Sourcing: Actively search for potential candidates through databases, headhunting, referrals, and networking.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Employer Branding: Promote the organization’s values, culture, and benefits to attract top talent.
• Database Management: Maintain and update a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Offer Management: Assist in preparing offer letters, negotiating salary, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
• Reporting: Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire, etc.).
• Relationship Building: Build strong professional relationships with candidates, agencies, and internal stakeholders
