It has one of the largest manufacturing set-up in India with diversified technologies spread over 1 million sq.ft of land in Nagpur. It has 35+ exclusive retail outlets and 300+ Dealers It has ambitious plans to grow exponentially in the next 3 years in retail to 100 Stores. Location – Nagpur. Job Profile – Head Retail of Modular Furniture ( Home). It should be driven by a combination of COCO / COFO / FOFO stores across India. Key responsibilities · Achieve a new store expansion plan · Achieve sales and increase output per store from the existing stores · Align Marketing, Business Development, and Lead generation. · Team building. · Operation Review · P&L management · Consumer experience Experience: Minimum 15-20 years of experience in Direct retailing – B2C/ D2C in the consumer industry. Preferably in high-growth Building material / Modular furniture. Academics – Engineer + MBA from a reputed Management institution.
