Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and hiring strategies.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Conduct interviews (telephonic, video, and face-to-face) and coordinate further rounds with stakeholders.
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment dashboards.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Negotiate offers and close positions within defined timelines.
• Support employer branding initiatives and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and hiring best practices.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a recruiter in corporate/consulting environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and networking skills.
• Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• High level of commitment and willingness to grow with the organization.
