Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent for an organization. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist - a multitasker, go-getter, and high-energy individual with a dynamic personality. This role empowers you with top-tier hiring tools, allowing you to contribute to our talent acquisition strategies ethically.


Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Strategy o Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. o Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition.

2. Candidate Sourcing o Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates. o Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.

3. Screening and Selection o Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. o Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. o Coordinate and participate in interview processes with hiring managers.

4. Candidate Experience o Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. o Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback. o Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly.

5. Collaboration o Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand the specific requirements of each role. o Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

6. Employer Branding o Contribute to the development and promotion of the organization's employer brand. o Showcase the company's culture and values to attract top talent.

7. Data Management o Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). o Generate reports and analyze recruitment data to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies

Qualifications

1) 5 to 8 years’ hiring experience in IT, ITES, and Non- IT industries.

2) Experience in Leadership hiring and resource connect.

3) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

4) Tech-savvy with exposure to office tools and software.

5) Monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategy is in line with the market.

6) Manage all job descriptions out in the market, ensuring they are of high quality and accurate
