Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Pune. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The role includes developing and maintaining recruitment strategies, enhancing the candidate experience, and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include offering training to new hires and ensuring they are well-integrated into the organization.

Qualifications

Skills in Hiring and Recruiting
Proficiency in Interviewing and Communicating effectively
Experience in Training and onboarding new employees
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the IT/ERP industry is a plus
