Hiring Recruitment Specialists (Future Plannerz Consultants)

Experience & Skillset - Minimum 6 months of work experience in frontline and leadership hiring with good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Zest to learn and grow, should be comfortable with targets. Hands on experience in using job boards/ portals and social media platforms for hiring.

Key Responsibiltites

 

  • Search, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, databases, and networking.
  • Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer closure.
  • Handle multiple job openings across different roles and industries.

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with both candidates and clients.
