This is a full-time, on-site position. The ideal candidate should be experienced in recruitment and onboarding processes, and also be confident in conducting basic training for newly hired staff. ✅ Key Responsibilities: 📢 Post Job Vacancies on relevant portals and platforms 🔍 Screen Applications and shortlist relevant candidates ☎️ Conduct Telephonic Interviews to assess interest and suitability 📝 Schedule Interviews with Managers and Coordinate feedback 💬 Negotiate Salary and discuss job role & benefits with shortlisted candidates 🤝 Convince Candidates to accept the offer and join on time 🗂️ Complete Joining Formalities like documentation, ID creation, etc. 🎓 Conduct Basic Training/Orientation for newly joined employees 🎯 What We Expect: ✅ Proven experience in hiring and recruitment ✅ Good communication and convincing skills ✅ Knowledge of interview techniques and screening methods ✅ Ability to negotiate salary and explain job roles clearly ✅ Well-organized and detail-oriented ✅ Experience or ability to provide training to new employees ✅ Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration / Related Field ⭐ What Makes You a Good Fit: You are confident on calls and can build rapport quickly You are self-motivated and can manage multiple roles independently You are familiar with hiring tools, job portals, and MS Office You enjoy helping people get started with their careers
