Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Kolkata. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating with departments for job requirements, and facilitating training sessions for new hires. The role involves maintaining recruitment records and developing strategies to attract top talent.

• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting
• Strong Interviewing and Communication skills
• Ability to conduct and facilitate Training sessions
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in HR or recruitment roles is a plus
