Job Summary

Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

• Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements from stakeholders.
• Source and screen candidates from multiple channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, internal referrals, job boards).
• Conduct initial HR screening (telephonic/video).
• Schedule technical rounds and manage interview logistics.
• Maintain candidate pipeline for current and future needs.

2. Sourcing & Shortlisting

• Use Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter / Recruiter Lite, job portals, and social hiring techniques.
• Engage passive and active candidates.
• Build talent pools and maintain a strong database.

3. Candidate Management

• Manage candidate experience throughout the entire hiring cycle.
• Update candidates on interview feedback and status.
• Maintain communication to reduce dropouts and no-shows.

4. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
• Provide weekly hiring status reports.
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams.

5. Negotiation & Offer Closure

• Discuss compensation expectations with candidates.
• Coordinate salary negotiation and release of offer letters.
• Ensure smooth onboarding handover to HR operations.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain records in ATS / spreadsheets.
• Track hiring metrics: time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, candidate conversions.
