Please Note:

esponsibilities include:

1. Process Ownership:

   End-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles

2. Account & Stakeholder management:

   Key Client relationships

3. Vendor Management:

   Recruiting Vendor engagements

4. Revenue objectives:

   Achieve placement, revenue and engagement objectives

5. Types of hiring, include:

   Technology hiring, Non IT roles, Executive / leadership hiring, International placements, Bulk hiring, and Staffing (Domestic/ International)

You must:

1. Have Proven experience

   in some of the above mentioned types of hiring

2. Be a High Energy

   individual who is Passionate about recruiting & truly love the hunt

3. Have an Entrepreneurial mindset

   , resourceful, responsible & a problem solver
4. An

   excellent communicator

   & confident with stakeholders

5. Savvy:

   Adept with online productivity and popular ATS tools
6. Willing to work in a small/ high powered team with minimal supervision
