Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Kolkata. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates. They will also develop recruitment strategies, maintain candidate databases, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs. Additionally, the role involves training and guiding junior recruiters. Qualifications Experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing Strong Communication skills Ability to conduct Training sessions for junior recruiters Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Excellent organizational and time management skills Experience in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in HR and recruitment
