Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Kolkata. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Day-to-day tasks also include working closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, developing job descriptions, and creating effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will facilitate onboarding and training for new hires. Qualifications Experience in Hiring, Interviewing, and Recruiting skills Strong Communication and Training skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in HR or recruitment roles, especially within the healthcare industry, is a plus
