Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ponnani for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as hiring, conducting interviews, and managing communication with candidates and clients. This role also involves recruiting and training new staff members to ensure they meet the required qualifications and align with clients' needs.
