Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in edappal. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various tasks including maintaining HR records, assisting with benefits administration, supporting HRIS functions, and coordinating training sessions. Additional duties include providing assistance with recruitment processes, and employee relations and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
• Proficiency in coordinating and conducting Training sessions
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site in Ponnani
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in recruitment and employee relations is a plus
