You will operate as a strategic partner to clients, providing workforce solutions that are agile, scalable, and business-impact driven.
• Lead business development to generate new client partnerships in targeted industries
• Build and manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring strong relationship growth
• Drive end-to-end staffing delivery: sourcing, assessment, negotiation, onboarding
• Understand client requirements deeply to recommend the right hiring strategies
• Achieve revenue goals with disciplined pipeline management and forecasting
• Guide and mentor recruiters to ensure delivery excellence and timely closures
• Prepare proposals, pricing strategies, and client capability presentations
• Track industry hiring trends, competitor activities, and demand forecasts
• Represent the company at client forums, reviews, and networking events
• Maintain compliance, quality standards, and operational excellence in all engagements
• 6–12 years of experience in staffing/recruitment with strong client-facing exposure
• Proven success in acquiring and managing enterprise clients
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under timelines with accountability
• Data-driven decision-making with proficiency in CRM/ATS and reporting tools
• Team management experience is a strong advantage
