You will operate as a strategic partner to clients, providing workforce solutions that are agile, scalable, and business-impact driven.
Lead business development to generate new client partnerships in targeted industries
Build and manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring strong relationship growth
Drive end-to-end staffing delivery: sourcing, assessment, negotiation, onboarding
Understand client requirements deeply to recommend the right hiring strategies

Prepare proposals, pricing strategies, and client capability presentations

Maintain compliance, quality standards, and operational excellence in all engagements
612 years of experience in staffing/recruitment with strong client-facing exposure
Proven success in acquiring and managing enterprise clients
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities under timelines with accountability
Data-driven decision-making with proficiency in CRM/ATS and reporting tools
Team management experience is a strong advantage
