Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the success of PSG’s global recruitment operations by supporting recruiters, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with process standards. This position offers excellent exposure to international recruitment practices, with clear career growth opportunities in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively follow up with client related data to ensure timely completion of job-related documentation 
• Maintain accurate candidate records and track compliance in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) 
• Coordinate with recruiters to facilitate smooth and timely flow of information 
• Verify professional credentials, licenses, and documentation to ensure compliance 
• Handle confidential data with integrity, professionalism, and discretion 
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support recruitment goals 
• Adhere to established processes and contribute to ongoing process improvements 
• Monitor recruitment metrics and support reporting and performance analysis 

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a BPO or RPO environment 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English 
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset 
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask 
• Experience in recruitment support or healthcare domain is a plus

• 📍 Location: Baner, Pune 
• 🏢 Work Mode: On-site, 5 days a week 
• ⏰ Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift – US Hours) | Weekends Off 
• 💰 Compensation: Best in market
